This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance-in a J&J way-to our Operating Companies around the world. The Manager - Invoice to Cash Transact Innovative Medicine, is responsible for leading service delivery of specific I2C process functions serviced by GS Finance in J&J. This position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL. Key Responsibilities: 1. Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo 2. Maintain Operational Excellence

• Lead, facilitate and coordinate all deployment activities per project roadmap
• Effectively oversee multiple project deliverables concurrently
• Conduct Launch kick-off, manage readiness, anticipate and manage risks/issues, manager integration cross workstreams (I.E. Compliance, MDM, UAM)
• Responsible for delivery of GS assigned project milestones per project plan
• Business partnering with relevant stakeholders (PMO, Finance, GPO, BPO, Design Team)
• Active orchestration and interaction with Project SMEs (day to day guidance, coaching, issue handling, comms)
• Accountable for smooth transition to new operational model with minimal disruption to operations/business
• Accountable for issue and risk resolution and escalation to PMO where required
• Manage interdependencies with other initiatives
• Understand measures of success and drive work to proper completion
• Lead assessment of business readiness for successful transition through Go-Live to Stabilization Exit.
