produces over 300,000 sku's.The Inventory Lead Analyst is
responsible for leading key processes that drive attainment of the
Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery inventory commitments. This
individual will be responsible for driving the standardization of
the inventory entitlement process in non-OMP locations in Brazil
and ASPAC and for driving the digital transformation of tools and
planning processes from excel based to Power BI, Infinity and/or
other relevant business intelligence tools. He / she is also
responsible for driving the analyses and content for the various
business planning processes and updates.Responsibilities:Work with
regional owners, Supply Network Planning, and Production Planning &
Logistics groups in non-OMP locations to assure that business
processes ensure the right item, in the right quantity, is
available without maintaining excessive stock levels or
compromising patient care and safety.Drives the digital
transformation within the inventory team of tools and planning
processes from excel based to Power BIDevelops full simulations and
leadership updates for Operations Business Planning both to align
the optimal plans for Regional Distribution as well as
Manufacturing processes.Integrate Global locations and MOQ
quantities in OMP system to enable MEIO benefits, specifically for
Ext Ops CodesEnable use of actual MFG and IT LT historical data to
calculate real LT Std. Dev. for more accurate ENT
calculationsSupports the Business Optimization process in
identifying and implementing changes to the Inventory Entitlement
process.Leads training and education of the supply chain team on
the principles of inventory management and optimization.Responsible
for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next
management level.Performs other duties assigned as
needed.QualificationsEducation:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is
required; Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain
Management is preferred.Experience and Skills:Required: - - - - - -
- A minimum of 6 years of related work experience is required - - -
- - - - Experience in the areas of planning, materials management,
logistics, inventory control, sourcing, or procurement is required

- Exposure to financial planning is preferred. - - - - - - -
Previous experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI) is
preferred. - - - - - - - Previous experience with Data Automation
Tools (Alteryx) is preferred. - - - - - - - Strong strategic vision
on planning processes and inventory management is preferred. - - -
- - - - Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
in the organization is preferred. - - - - - - - Process Excellence
and / or APICS certification is preferred.The anticipated base pay
range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.The compensation and
benefits information set forth in this posting applies to
candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the
United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in
accordance with their local market.This job posting is anticipated

competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current
guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance
bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The
annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an
incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for
individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/
performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion
