Amazon Treasury is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our
Treasury Infrastructure team. This role offers a unique opportunity
to support how one of the world's most innovative companies
partners with global financial institutions across three strategic
pillars: Bank Relationships & Strategy, Treasury M&A
Integrations, and Bank Compliance. As part of our dynamic team,
you'll support relationships with 70 banking partners worldwide.
Your analytical skills will inform strategic decisions that impact
billions in global financial flows, while your project coordination
abilities will support complex banking transformations across

role, every analysis you build, relationship you support,
compliance standard you maintain, and project you coordinate
directly impacts how Amazon operates across the globe. Analytics &
Strategy - Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate global banking
partner performance - Evaluate global bank compliance
questionnaires for updates and applicability - Build and maintain
banking engagement metrics and tracking systems - Analyze complex
financial data to support executive decision-making Relationship
Management - Support partnerships with 70 financial institutions
worldwide - Coordinate stakeholder communications during critical
transitions - Track and optimize key relationship metrics and
documentation Project Coordination - Support global banking
migrations and M&A integration initiatives - Coordinate
multiple work streams across bank migrations, integrations, and
compliance - Ensure timely execution and clear communication across
projects Compliance Excellence - Process bank security reviews and
track exception approvals - Coordinate with compliance team(s) on
anti-financial crime reviews - Maintain standard operating
procedures and regulatory documentation standards A day in the life
Your day begins reviewing overnight updates from banking partners
across Asia and Europe, scanning systems for critical developments
and compliance tracker submissions. You build evaluation models for
bank selection initiatives, transform banking data into executive
visualizations, and process exception approvals while coordinating
with global Treasury teams on M&A integration milestones.
Afternoons involve stakeholder meetings on migration timelines,
coordinating compliance reviews with the RCS team, and fine-tuning
project trackers across workstreams. You wrap up supporting Request
For Proposals (RFPs) development, updating compliance dashboards,
documenting interactions, refreshing standard operating procedures
(SOPs), and preparing briefing notes—every day bringing challenges
that directly impact Amazon's global operations. About the team At
the heart of Amazon's treasury operations sits a team of 8
professionals supplemented by specialized consultants for specific
projects. Together, they support how Amazon interfaces with global
financial markets across three pillars: Treasury M&A, Bank
Relationships & Strategy, and Bank Compliance. This dynamic team
coordinates deal closings and integrations, manages 70 banking
partnerships, supports selection programs, and ensures rigorous
compliance standards. Working with Treasury leadership, Corporate
Development, M&A Legal, and Regional Treasury Centers, they
engage with financial institutions and acquired companies—serving
as the diplomatic corps and operational backbone balancing
relationship cultivation, M&A execution, and compliance. - 3
years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience -
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a
related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer
science) - Experience participating in continuous improvement
projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with
measurable results - Experience in Excel and PowerPoint - Project
Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification -
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau,
Power BI or other BI packages - Experience in client or vendor
facing roles with a focus in relationship management and
negotiation skills - Experience managing cross-functional projects
and initiatives - Experience communicating effectively with senior
leadership - Experience with explainable machine learning and
artificial intelligence methodologies and tools - MBA, or CTP -
Exposure to treasury management systems or banking platforms -
Knowledge of global banking services and treasury products,
including global payment systems and bank integrations - Knowledge

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
