Patel Consultants is seeking an Office Administrator for our
client, which is a Professional Services Firm, located in Central,
NJ. This company has been in business for approximately 100 years
and is steadily growing. *Direct hire opportunity offering an

within this company! Job Requirements:Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and route calls accordingly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Greet visitors- first point of contact when people walk in to
- Maintain office supplies and refreshments and order as needed.
- 2+ years of reception / administrative experience in a
mid-large sized company.
- MS Office skills required (Excel/Word/Outlook).
- 2 - 4 year College degree highly preferred.
