We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact. - -Role Overview: -

• Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model. -
• Provide clinical support and assist with management of a caseload of surgical oncology patients. -
• Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and telephone triage and offer patient/family education.
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Join in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in ambulatory setting.Key Qualifications: -
  • New York State RN license and BSN
  • 1.5 years of related medical/surgical experience required
  • 1.5 - 2 years of oncology experience highly preferred
  • Procedural experience strongly preferred
  • Ambulatory care experience preferredCore Skills: -
