Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner Assist with scheduling and dispatching service calls efficiently Monitor and organize the dispatch board Review, resolve, and close service tickets Pre-call customers and coordinate service requests Address any open or incomplete tickets from the previous day Report field-related issues to the Service Manager Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Follow company communication procedures and policies Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to engage clients Qualifications: 2 years of dispatching experience (required) 1 year of ServiceTitan experience (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel Ability to pass a drug screening and background check Reliable commute to West Chester, PA 19382 (required) Join our team at Signature Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and become part of a company that values your skills, supports your growth, and offers long-term career stability.
