Administrator (LNHA) Position Summary: We are seeking a highly
experienced and strategic Regional Licensed Nursing Home
Administrator (LNHA) to oversee operations across multiple skilled
nursing facilities within the region. This leadership role is
responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory
compliance, optimizing financial performance, and fostering a
culture of quality care and employee engagement across all assigned
facilities. The Regional LNHA will work closely with facility
administrators, department heads, and corporate leadership to
implement best practices, improve outcomes, and enhance overall
performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Multi-Facility Leadership &
Oversight Provide executive leadership and strategic direction
across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the region. Ensure
each facility maintains high standards in operations, resident
care, and employee engagement. Oversee the performance of facility
administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive
success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic
initiatives that align with company objectives. 2. Operational &
Financial Performance Monitor and optimize financial performance
across all facilities, ensuring budget adherence and cost
efficiency. Analyze census trends, payer mix, and revenue cycles to
maximize reimbursement opportunities. Identify opportunities for
operational improvements and implement corrective actions as
needed. Ensure efficient resource allocation, staffing
optimization, and expense management across locations. 3. Staffing
& Workforce Development Collaborate with facility leadership to
ensure appropriate staffing levels and reduce reliance on agency
staff. Oversee recruitment, retention, and professional development
strategies for administrators and key personnel. Implement
leadership training and mentorship programs to strengthen
management teams at each facility. Foster a positive work culture
that promotes staff engagement and high-performance outcomes. 4.
Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance Ensure all facilities
remain in full compliance with state, federal, and local
regulations, including CMS guidelines. Conduct audits, mock
surveys, and performance reviews to maintain high-quality
standards. Lead survey readiness efforts and provide support during
inspections, implementing corrective action plans as needed.
Oversee infection control and safety programs to ensure a safe and
compliant environment for residents and staff. 5. Resident
Experience & Family Engagement Ensure that resident-centered care
remains a top priority at each facility. Develop and oversee
programs that improve resident satisfaction and quality of life.
Collaborate with administrators and clinical teams to address
resident concerns and resolve issues proactively. Enhance family
engagement by promoting transparent communication and involvement
in care decisions. 6. Community & Stakeholder Relations Serve as a
key liaison between corporate leadership, facility administrators,
and external stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with
hospitals, referral sources, and community organizations to support
census growth. Represent the organization at industry events,
conferences, and professional associations. Support marketing and
outreach initiatives to strengthen the organization’s reputation
and presence in the region. Qualifications & Requirements: Active
LNHA license in [State] (must be in good standing). Bachelor’s
degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a
related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of five to seven years
of experience as an LNHA, with at least two years in a
multi-facility or regional leadership role . Strong knowledge of
Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and reimbursement structures.
Deep understanding of SNF regulations, survey processes, and
compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership, financial
management, and operational skills. Proven ability to manage
multiple facilities, prioritize tasks, and drive performance
improvement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with
the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
