Position Summary:
- Lead CAPS 503B commercial performance and strategic programs
for the company's key markets. A key focus over the next year is
the relaunch and rebranding of CAPS 503B back into the
marketplace.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business and marketing
plans that create alignment and a clear vision, driving the
successful achievement of business objectives.
- Spearhead the development of marketing strategy and tactics and
oversee the implementation and control of marketing programs to
maintain and increase market share and profits.
- Identify and confirm new products and services for 503B
expansion and market share gains.
- Ensure the attainment of organizational goals related to market
share, profit, pricing, and revenue.
- Champion effective cross-functional collaboration across all
business areas, ensuring alignment with the commercial injectable
drug team.
- Orchestrate the development of strategic and tactical business
plans, budgets, forecasts, metrics, and key performance indicators
to monitor and evaluate results.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competition,
health economics, and customer insights The job function listed is

Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years
management experience and 3 years of B. Braun experience
required.
- Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and
passport, Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
