Ivy Gables Senior Living is a 65 and older, retirement community that has the feel of a French Country Bed and Breakfast. When you choose Ivy Gables Senior Living you are choosing a lifestyle. Scheduled and Pay Part time 20 hours a week Monday - Friday, every other weekend 4-hour shift $16-$21/hour based on experience Job Description Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures. Performs general maintenance tasks. Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors. Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting. Qualifications Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.
