Job Description:
As a Construction Project Manager at Liro Group, you will
oversee a range of exciting projects focusing on urban
infrastructure enhancements, ensuring they meet set specifications
on time, within budget, and to our high quality standards. You will
liaise with various stakeholders, including engineers, architects,
and subcontractors, to bring our projects to successful completion.
Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities concerned with the
construction of infrastructure projects. Participate in the
conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its
organization, scheduling, and implementation. Schedule the project
in logical steps and budget the time required to meet deadlines.
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design
professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work
procedures, complaints, and construction problems. Interpret and
explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers,
and clients. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of
proper construction techniques. Proven ability to manage budgets
and schedules. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety guidelines, and
regulations. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical
drawings. Proficiency with project management software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP
(Project Management Professional) certification desirable. OSHA
Construction Safety certification.
