The ideal candidates will have a robust experience in pipe installation and maintenance, particularly within large-scale infrastructure projects. Install and repair sanitary and storm water sewer structures and pipe systems Lay out pipe routes, following written instructions or blueprints and coordinating layouts with supervisors Cover pipes with earth or other materials Operate mechanized equipment such as pickup trucks, rollers, tandem dump trucks, front-end loaders, and backhoes Conduct air and water pressure tests to identify leaks Measure and cut pipes to required lengths Dig trenches using trenching tools Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards Proficiency in using tools and equipment necessary for handling sewer and water piping systems Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong problem-solving skills Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks Effective communication skills Medical Insurance 401k OSHA Safety Certification Valid driver's license
