immediate need for an Estimator or Sr. Estimator to join the Design
& Construction Team. The client for this project is the NYS Office
of General Services (OGS) in Hudson Valley NY Come join our team!

cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person
firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston
and Edison, NJ. Responsibilities - Act as liaison between
contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract
management on issues and complex matters. - Estimate and negotiate
orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the
contract. - Review orders on contract for compliance. - Manage all
orders on contract within a geographical location. Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or
associates degree with 2 years of estimating experience, or 3
years’ experience as an estimator. - Must be proficient with
Microsoft Excel - Estimating experience in all areas of
construction preferred - OSHA 10 Our Culture: We believe in the

positive work environment - Compensation: Min $85,000 - $120,000 -
The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith
believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the
