A growing construction company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage DOB-related tasks, permits, inspections, and approvals. The ideal candidate has experience with filings, plan reading, markups, amendments, and equipment submittals, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Include: Coordinating with expeditors to ensure timely permits and approvals Managing DOB filings, inspections, and related documentation Reviewing and marking up plans and submittals Tracking project timelines and communicating updates to field teams Supporting all phases of construction projects and maintaining compliance Ideal Qualifications: Experience in construction or project coordination, particularly with DOB-related work Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently Salary: $75k - $110k /Year To apply, please send your resume to Yosef@bhirednyc.com
