Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative A

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Greet and communicate with customers both in-person and over the
phone in a professional, friendly manner Handle customer questions,
concerns, and scheduling needs efficiently Support with permits,
accounting, and rebate submissions Communicate and coordinate with
vendors as needed Contribute to a positive team environment and
