messages from customers Resolve customer questions and concerns
quickly and professionally Process orders, returns, and account
updates Maintain accurate customer records Collaborate with team
members to improve customer experience What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and active listening skills Positive attitude
and problem-solving mindset Basic computer skills and ability to
learn new systems High school diploma or equivalent Previous
customer service experience is a plus (but not required we train!)
