U.S. Security Care is seeking professional, reliable, and highly motivated Armed School Security Agents to join our team in the Norristown area. This part-time position offers the potential to transition into full-time hours. Responsibilities : Conduct foot patrols and ensure the safety and security of school grounds. Prepare clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports. Manage traffic control and assist with access management. Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision. Qualifications: 3–5 years of armed experience required. Valid driver’s license required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. Act 67 certification a plus (training provided for qualified candidates). Military or corrections background preferred. Retired law enforcement officers are highly encouraged to apply. Must possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor.
