us! Job Description: This job is responsible for the delivery of a
portion of the overall marketing strategy in the form of a
portfolio of small to medium programs, capabilities or processes.
Key responsibilities include owning or supporting marketing
operations including performance, risks and controls, production
audits/exams/maintenance, and content management. Job expectations
include owning day to day relationships with key business partners,
solving moderate to complex business problems and independently
driving strategic marketing improvements and solutions. Team member
of the Campaign & Platform Operations team to support marketing
strategy, creative and execution workflow submissions within the
Global Marketing One (GM1) platform. This includes collaborating
with partners who support all products and channels with
deliverables managed in GM1. The Campaign Operations team is the
first line of support with platform training, questions, and
access, working closely with the Platform Management and Platform
Integration teams. Required Qualifications: Customer & platform
support experience with proven ability to develop strong
relationships. Strong project management skills with creative
skills to overcome roadblocks such as system outages or other
technical issues. Process oriented, with ability to identify
improvements & document requirements for prioritization. Experience
working with third-party vendors. Superior attention to detail and
strong organization skills to help manage competing priorities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and
written). Ability to master proprietary marketing software. Desired
Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience with marketing workflow
and/or CRM platforms preferred. Client/Process support experience.
Experience in an Agile project methodology. Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent. Skills: Adaptability Collaboration Problem Solving

information Pay range $100,000.00 - $167,000.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
