You'll Do
- Identify failures that adversely affect plant operations using
Data analysis techniques (Weibull analysis, Six Sigma, Fault tree,
CA and RCFA)
- Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics
for the plant
- Provide or improve asset reliability using analysis of
equipment history and through technical skills
- Provide technical assistance in the scope of engineering,
preventative and predictive maintenance, and other facets of
reliability engineering
- Provide technical support regarding plant equipment, process
efficiency, and plant wide safety
- Responsible for equipment problems causing repetitive
failures
- Systematically defines designs, develops, monitors and refines
asset maintenance plan including Critical Analysis and SFMEAWhat
You'll Need
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints
and diagrams
- Practical knowledge of mechanical applications, electrical
applications, and common industrial processes
- Responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management
process
- Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and
comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical
personnel
- Works with project Engineering to ensure reliability of new and
modified installationsYour Education
