Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler - HVAC Systems Job Description Join our team as an Electrical Panel Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling electrical panels for large-scale commercial HVAC units and systems. This role requires you to read and interpret drawings and schematics, ensuring high-quality assembly, inspection, and testing of equipment and systems. Responsibilities Assemble electrical panels for commercial HVAC units and systems. Inspect and test assemblies, equipment, and systems for quality assurance. Read and interpret drawings and schematics for controls and mechanical and electrical systems. Utilize blueprints and various measuring equipment to ensure accuracy. Essential Skills Experience in electro-mechanical assembly. Proficiency in reading schematics. Ability to perform electrical and mechanical assembly. Experience with wiring and the use of hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications AS Degree, HS Diploma, or Trade School experience is preferred. HVAC Technical Certification is a plus! Work Environment The work setting is a manufacturing shop floor that is very clean, bright, well-ventilated, and safe. The dress code is casual, allowing work pants and a t-shirt. The role operates on the 1st shift from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Safety glasses and steel-toed boots are required while on the shop floor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blauvelt, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
