Annual Company Events Employee discounts A Full Kitchen with a coffee bar and snacks in the office Work hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, overtime as needed Pay Scale: $70,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience Position Summary: Provide expert service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record At least 3 years of HVAC service experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling equipment EPA certification is preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Proficiency with HVAC tools, meters, and testing equipment Commitment to safety standards and best practices Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
