GroupAutomotive Sales Manager Full-Time Opportunity: 5/6 Day Work
Week Weekend Availability ESSENTIAL DUTIES Key responsibilities
include the following:Assisting the department manager in leading
and directing the entire Sales Staff.Supervising and managing the
sales team to ensure consistent prospecting and networking to
attract new customers daily.Demonstrating thorough knowledge and
proficiency in enforcing the company's "Road to the Sale" and sales
process.Ensuring all deals comply fully with local, state, and
federal guidelines.Reviewing, managing, and updating the customer
database as needed for the sales team.Promoting the success of the
company, store, and Sales Team.Strictly adhering to and enforcing
company policies, processes, procedures, and core values.Assisting
General Management with deal turnovers.Assisting with deal
structuring.Aiding in staff management.Assisting with customer
interactions.MARGINAL DUTIESMarginal duties may include additional
tasks as assigned.To excel in this role, candidates must perform
each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements above
