*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.*Responsibilities** Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.* Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration.* Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans.* Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.* Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards.* Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures.* Address any staffing issues or conflicts promptly to maintain a cohesive work environment.*Requirements** Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.* Proven experience in a nursing management role or similar position.* Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and sterile processing techniques.* Proficiency in medication administration and IV infusion protocols.* Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.* Experience in team management with excellent communication skills.* Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health is preferred.* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while promoting a positive workplace culture.We encourage qualified candidates who are passionate about patient care and nursing leadership to apply for this vital role.Job Type: Full-timePay: $49.10 - $49.72 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* On call* Weekends as neededWork Location: In personby Jobble
