The facility offers a supportive and collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality care for patients and a great work experience for all staff.Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner with specific experience in managing and replacing PEG tubes, in addition to general gastroenterology care. The ideal candidate will work 2-3 days per month, with flexible 6-8 hour shifts. The NP can choose which days to work, offering a great work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care to patients, including the management and replacement of PEG tubes.Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and follow up on patient progress.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.Educate patients and their families on gastrointestinal health, treatment options, and preventive care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.Schedule:Flexible scheduling with the ability to choose workdays (2-3 days per month, 6-8 hour shifts)Qualifications:Extensive experience as a Nurse Practitioner in gastroenterology, specifically with experience in PEG tube management and replacement.Valid NP license in the state of New Jersey.Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient-focused approach.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of $90 - $95.Comprehensive benefits package.Flexible part-time schedule.Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional healthcare environment.Beautiful and pleasant work location with a very good team.by Jobble
