  Position Overview:
  Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, particularly in high-acuity trauma situations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols. Orientation:
    • 2 days of classroom orientation.
    • No on-unit orientation provided. Schedule:
      • Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Qualifications:
        • Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience.
        • At least 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
        • Current NJ Registered Nurse License.
        • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
        • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification.
        • Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification.
        • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification is required. Vaccination Requirements:
