Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for orthopedic care? We're looking for a skilled and compassionate NP to join our high-performing team in Clifton, NJ. In this full-time role, you'll work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons in both clinical and surgical settings-making a direct impact on patient outcomes every day.

What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive orthopedic assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans).

Serve as a first assist in surgery (RNFA certification required), collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons.

Provide expert care throughout the surgical continuum, including pre-op and post-op patient management.

Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate communication.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and pain management providers to ensure well-rounded care.

What We're Looking For:

Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey.

Certification: RNFA certification required for surgical assisting.

Experience: Orthopedic experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills and surgical interest may be considered.

Clinical Skills: Proficient in diagnostics, imaging interpretation, and developing treatment plans.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first approach.

Team Mentality: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
