Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Emergency
Department Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty:
Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months of Nursing
experience in an Emergency Department environment. Must have ED
experience within the past six months. License: State Professional
Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, NIHSS, CEU Contact
Stroke (4 hours). Must-Have: - Demonstrated level of performance
and practice. - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities
necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. - Ability to
perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Ability
to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital
personnel. Description: Our Emergency Department RNs must be ready
to care for patients when they need us most. In addition to
providing specialized and innovative services, our ED RNs are
equipped to handle an array of emergency situations for patients of
all ages. Our Emergency Department nurses are trained to deal with
a variety of trauma situations requiring quick and decisive
actions. Ideal prospective ED RNs must be able to quickly and
accurately assess incoming patients with both physical and mental
health conditions. They must prioritize patients' injuries and
medical needs accordingly. This is a busy unit with a 1:6
nurse-to-patient ratio. Every other weekend and 3 out of 6 holidays
are required. Floating within the facility to like units is
