qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
19140! Job Title: Float Pool RN ICU City/State: Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania Shift: NOC (19:00 – 07:30) Contract Length: 12 weeks
Start Date: 02/16/2026 Job Description: Assesses, implements, and
evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of
the licensed physician. The RN is knowledgeable about principles,
theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice.
Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient,
patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers,
and other members of the health care team to individualize patient
care. Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient
care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative
and departmental policies and procedures. Professional education,
training, or additional certifications may be required by the
specialty area. Responsibilities: ICU RNs will float to all ICUs,
step-down units, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders They may also
float to Women's and Family if needed, at this facility, they will
only be assigned to the ICU. Requirements: Graduate of an
accredited school of nursing (Required); Bachelors Degree
(Preferred) 1 Year experience in area of clinical specialty
(Preferred) PA Registered Nurse License (Required) Basic Life
