motivated and experienced Clinical Supervisor looking for a new
challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual
to join our team and lead our clinical operations. In this
part-time role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant
impact on the lives of our clients while working with a dynamic and
supportive team. Core Experience - Clinical supervision: 3-5yrs -
Licensed practitioner (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) - Mental health
counseling - Behavioral health - Master's degree in a related field
such as social work, psychology, or counseling - Strong
understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards -
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems -
Proficiency in clinical documentation and reporting - Solid
understanding of clinical practices and protocols Clinical
Documentation - Technical Skills: proficiency in EMR (Electronic
Medical Records) system Leadership Skills - Perform evaluations -
Staff development - Crisis intervention - Regulatory compliance,
HIPPA - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills -
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively -
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills - Ongoing
commitment to professional development and continuous learning -
Proven leadership and team management skills - Strong
organizational and time management abilities - Ability to maintain
confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Specialties - CBT,
DBT, EMDR, IFS, etc. - Population expertise (e.g,
child/adolescence, adults, group, family, trauma) Key Qualification
and Attributes - Supervision background: Experience providing
clinical supervision for interns and staff - Communication style:
Ability to provide constructive, actionable, and supportive
feedback. - Able to set clear boundaries. - Leadership approach:
Mentoring, team management, problem solving, conflict resolution, -
Solid understanding of clinical practices and protocols - Cultural
competency Responsibilities & Duties - Oversee the development of
treatment plans for clients based on clinical assessments - Monitor
and evaluate staff performance and provide regular feedback -
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions - Ensure
accurate documentation and record-keeping of all clinical
activities - Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated
service delivery - Review and update clinical policies and
procedures - Ensure timely and effective service delivery -
Facilitate communication between staff and management - Handle
escalated clinical issues and client complaints - Participate in
recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff -
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry
standards - overseeing clinical staff - providing mentorship -
ensuring compliance with regulatory standards - supporting the
