Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Location: West Chester, Chester County PA (Full-Time) Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary This position offers the opportunity to deliver practical, results-driven physical therapy in a structured clinical setting. You will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based plans of care, and provide skilled interventions aimed at improving mobility, reducing limitations, and supporting safe return to work and daily activities. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and create measurable treatment goals Implement treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and manual techniques Provide gait training, balance work, and functional retraining as needed Educate patients on self-management strategies and home programs Reassess routinely and adjust frequency/intensity based on progress Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical compliance standards Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources Requirements Accredited DPT program completion Active PA Physical Therapist license CPR/BLS certification (current or able to obtain) Outpatient ortho experience is a plus, open to strong new grads Solid time management and clear communication Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If a consistent schedule and meaningful clinical work sounds like your lane, send your resume and let’s connect.
