Job Description:
Doctors Subacute Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will provide direct care
to patients, focusing on basic nursing tasks in a subacute and
long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will be compassionate,
attentive, and motivated to contribute to our mission of delivering
patient-centered care and achieving exceptional clinical outcomes.
Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing,
and eating Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure
and temperature Communicate effectively with patients and
healthcare team Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Document patient care services by charting in patient records
Knowledge of basic nursing and personal care Ability to follow
written and verbal instructions Good communication and
interpersonal skills Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate
weights Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
