Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 52 weeks - 18 hours per week - Shift: 6 hours, days, nights, flexible - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant Location: White Plains, NY Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Schedule may change based on practice needs Pay: $30 – $32 per hour (depending on experience) Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our physical therapy team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients. Responsibilities - Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist - Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities - Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist - Maintain accurate patient documentation - Prepare therapy areas and ensure proper use of equipment - Educate patients on exercises and treatment techniques Qualifications - Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in New York State - Previous outpatient or clinical experience preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
