Job Description Pathlink is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cytopathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic interpretation of cytology specimens and collaborate closely with clinicians to support high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Examine and interpret cytology specimens including gynecologic and non-gynecologic samples. Perform adequacy assessments for fine needle aspiration (FNA) procedures when required. Render accurate and timely diagnostic reports. Correlate cytologic findings with clinical and histologic data. Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities. Communicate results and consult with referring physicians as needed. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Qualifications: MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anatomic Pathology and/or Cytopathology. Active NJ state medical license. Strong diagnostic and communication skills. Employment Details: Part-time flexible schedule, 20 hours a week Competitive compensation- $175,000 Supportive clinical environment.
