Job Description Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with substance use disorder experience to join our multidisciplinary leadership team in an outpatient treatment program. Under the direction of the CEO, Program Director, and Director of Operations, the Clinical Program Supervisor provides clinical leadership, program oversight, and supervision to ensure high-quality, compliant, and client-centered services. This role is ideal for a clinical leader with experience in outpatient addiction treatment and Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) who is passionate about improving care delivery and leading teams. Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Provide oversight for clinical programming in an outpatient treatment setting Monitor quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of services Oversee interdisciplinary treatment planning and service coordination Develop and enhance treatment programming Staff Supervision Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff consisting of CASAC's , Social Workers, and Mental Health Counselors Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members Address performance concerns and support professional development Compliance & Program Operations Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and ethical standards Maintain adherence to HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable federal and state regulations Assist with policy development and program implementation Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment Qualifications Required Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in addiction or mental health treatment Outpatient substance use treatment experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Preferred CASAC certification Completion of OASAS Clinical Supervision Foundations I & II (Must complete within one year of hire if not already completed) Job Details Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In-person Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Employee Assistance Program
