The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the staffing industry, with a strong background in telecommunications or datacenter recruiting, enabling them to spearhead our efforts in building valuable client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Business Development:* Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the telecommunications and datacenter sectors. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to establish a strong presence and drive growth within these markets.
* *Client Relationship Management:* Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, hiring managers, and stakeholders within target organizations. Understand their staffing needs and challenges to provide tailored staffing solutions.
* *Market Research:* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands within the telecommunications and datacenter sectors. Utilize this knowledge to position the company as a knowledgeable and strategic staffing partner.
* *Lead Generation:* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, email campaigns, and other creative methods. Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
* *Proposal Development:* Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our expertise and tailored solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
* *Negotiation and Closing:* Drive the negotiation process to secure contracts and agreements with clients. Ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and objectives.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from business development to candidate placement. Provide guidance and insights based on industry expertise.
* *Performance Metrics:* Set and track performance metrics, sales targets, and revenue goals related to the telecommunications and datacenter sectors. Provide regular reports and updates to management on progress and achievements.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
* *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on telecommunications or datacenter recruitment. Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management is essential.
* *Industry Knowledge:* Strong understanding of telecommunications and datacenter operations, roles, and technical requirements. Familiarity with industry-specific technologies, trends, and challenges.
* *Network:* Proven ability to establish and leverage a network of contacts within the telecommunications and datacenter sectors. A pre-existing client portfolio is a significant advantage.
* *Sales Acumen:* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* *Strategic Thinker:* Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and devise innovative solutions to address client needs. Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
* *Team Player:* Collaborative and able to work effectively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive staffing solutions.

* *Technology Proficiency:* Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
