Job Description:

packaging solutions, seeks a dedicated Technical Trainer to join
our dynamic Training & Development team. In this role, you will be
instrumental in enhancing the capabilities of our workforce,
focusing on the specific technical skills required in the packaging
industry. This position offers the unique opportunity to impact our
company's effectiveness and our clients' satisfaction by ensuring
our staff is fully equipped to meet and exceed the technological
demands of the packaging sector. Develop, implement, and monitor
training programs within WestRock. Prepare training materials and
coursework that meet the technical needs of the packaging industry.
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and
lectures. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
Support and mentor new employees. Assess the impact of training on
employee performance and adjust programs as necessary. Stay updated
on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. In-depth
knowledge of the packaging industry and its technology. Strong
presentation and communication skills. Ability to create engaging
content and learning experiences. Proficiency in MS Office and
training software. Strong organizational and time management
skills. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) certification is preferred.
Additional certification in instructional design or educational
technology is advantageous.
