Job Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking a skilled ML Engineer Lead to drive
innovation within our Information Technology sector, emphasizing on
advanced technology systems aligned with the company's mission of
excellence in research, development, and integration. As a leader
in our IT & Data Management team, you will oversee the design,
implementation, and optimization of machine learning solutions that
support various operational strategies of Lockheed Martin. Your
role will ensure that our technology solutions stay ahead of
industry standards, foster ethical AI practices, and support our
inclusive culture that values teamwork and integrity. Lead and
coordinate the machine learning team to develop high-performance
models suited for large-scale and real-time data environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine
AI-driven projects aligning with the company’s objectives for
innovation and ethical standards. Manage the lifecycle of machine
learning models from concept to deployment, including data
collection, training, tuning, and performance monitoring. Stay
abreast of industry advancements in machine learning and AI
technologies and methodologies to ensure our systems and models
remain relevant and efficient. Promote a culture of continuous
improvement and learning within the team, advocating for ethical
standards in all AI deployments. Proficiency in Python, R, or
similar programming languages. Solid understanding of machine
learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with
big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). Ability to lead
projects, inspire teams, and manage stakeholders. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
