Job Description:
The Director, Strategic Global Partner Projects is a senior
strategic leader responsible for driving global, cross functional
transformation initiatives that elevate the performance and long
term evolution of the Partners Organization. This role leads both
foundational operational programs and future state partner strategy
development, ensuring cohesive planning, scalable processes, and
alignment across all regions. Serving as a key advisor to the Chief
Partners Officer, this leader orchestrates global initiatives that
enable a unified partner ecosystem and accelerate business outcomes
worldwide. How will you make an impact Global Strategic Planning &
Transformation • Lead the creation and ongoing evolution of the
global partner strategy, including multi year planning, ecosystem
design, and organizational growth priorities. • Convert strategic
directives from the Chief Partners Officer into global operational
roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs, and success measures. • Align
with regional partner leaders to ensure the strategy is globally
consistent while meeting localized needs. Cross Regional, Cross
Functional Project Leadership • Own a global portfolio of
enterprise-level, transformational initiatives, ensuring strong
alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing,
Customer Success, and Regional Partner organizations. • Manage
global project design, governance, rollout, adoption, and
performance tracking. • Drive consistency and scalability across
regions by establishing shared frameworks, tools, and processes.
Executive Partnering & Global Stakeholder Management • Serve as a
trusted advisor to the Chief Partners Officer with insights, risk
mitigation guidance, and recommendations. • Develop executive
materials including narratives, global business reviews,
transformation updates, and partner ecosystem communications. •
Build strong, trust-based relationships with global and regional
leaders to ensure alignment and accelerate decision-making. Global
Change Management & Organizational Enablement • Lead
enterprise-wide change management to ensure regions successfully
adopt new partner models, processes, and tools. • Support global
enablement by identifying capability gaps, creating clarity, and
improving collaboration across partner teams. • Drive cultural
alignment and communication across geographically dispersed teams.
Have you got what it takes? • 10 years in global strategy, business
operations, program management, consulting, or partner/channel
leadership. • Demonstrated success leading large scale, global
transformation programs in complex or matrixed environments. •
Ability to create structure out of ambiguity and lead teams through
global change. • Exceptional communication skills, with experience
influencing senior level leadership,. • Strong stakeholder
management skills across multiple regions, cultures, and business
functions. You will have an advantage if you also have: •
Experience in a global technology or SaaS organization. • Deep
knowledge of global partner ecosystems or channel/alliances
strategy. • MBA or equivalent strategic/business education. Join an
