Overview We currently have a need for a Senior Corporate Counsel
who will serve as member of the Company’s legal department and
report to the Executive Vice President & General Counsel. The
attorney in this position will be responsible for collaborating
across all levels of the organization to provide legal advice both
individually and together with other Legal team members and outside
counsel. This role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment while juggling multiple demands. This

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent
company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated
a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in
the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and
cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person
firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston
and Metro Park, NJ. Responsibilities - Corporate generalist
functions such as contract review, litigation support,
transactional due diligence, and other matters based on the
Company’s needs - Review, negotiate and draft contracts across a
variety of business functions including construction subcontractor
agreements, professional services and supplier agreements, NDAs and
other contracts - Draft and review company communications - Provide
litigation support, which includes interfacing with and supervising
outside counsel to ensure the highest quality of legal support at
competitive cost - Identify legal risks for the Company and provide
solutions for limiting exposure - Provide legal analysis of
applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance that impact the
Company - Provide responsive and effective legal support and
guidance to the Companies business units as needed - Provide
guidance on employment labor matters, insurance and regulatory
compliance matters - Provide other in-house legal services as
needed Qualifications - 8-12 years of legal experience with
emphasis on Commercial transactions, Litigation, Risk and
Compliance, preferable in the construction industry - Experience in
drafting and reviewing contracts, litigation support, transactional
due diligence, and insurance related matters - Strong drafting
skills with keen attention to detail - General experience in abroad
range of legal issues - Experience with Microsoft Suite including:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software

$130,000; Maximum: $175,000. The range provided is the salary that
the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is
willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will
