experienced and detail-oriented Trust & Estates Paralegal to join

mentioned above. Job Description: Assist attorneys with drafting
and preparing estate planning documentation, including wills,
trusts, powers of attorney, trust resolutions, and agreements.
Coordinate and manage beneficiary correspondence and related
matters. Provide support in the administration of estates,
including probate filings, asset transfer documentation, and
account reconciliations. Prepare and file gift tax returns and
assist with other tax-related matters. Collaborate with clients and
external parties to facilitate the resolution of estate and trust
issues. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all
documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Serve as a notary for
necessary legal documents as required. Qualifications: 5 years of
experience supporting Trust Estates attorneys and/or practice
groups. Advanced knowledge of estate planning processes, probate
matters, and trust administration. Expertise in preparing and
managing documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Strong proficiency with gift tax preparation and asset transfer
documentation. Exceptional organizational, communication, and
interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
