Job Duties: Conduct handson forklift operator training for new hires and current employees. Administer evaluations and certify operators deemed competent. Evaluate trainee performance through written tests and practical driving assessments. Deliver safety rules and equipment operation. Maintain accurate training records, test results, and certification expiration dates. Participate in trainings and meetings Perform daily safety observations and production walk-throughs Job Requirements: Background in warehouse lead or supervision is needed Forklift experience a must! Bilingual English-Spanish Quick thinker, problem solver, and multi-tasker Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
