Kelly Services is looking to hire a Receiving Clerk for one of our clients in Somerset NJ!--Type- Temp-Hire--Hours- 7:30AM-4:00PM --Pay-16 an hour-- ----Our client Takara Belmont is one of the best Manufactures of furnishing and the equipment for the beauty industry! They are currently looking for a Receiving clerk! As the Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day tasks of the receiving department between the receiving Clerks and Material handlers.----------Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Domestic and International receivers.
• Prepares documents for receiving, maintains receiving records, documents all actions in computer systems, general file maintenance, organize delivery appointments and container pick-ups.
• Conducts full equipment physical/functional inspections according to the Receiving policies and procedures.
• Assist in reviewing documentation to ensure completeness of receipts and that missing or inaccurate information is documented and followed up on.
• Assist the Inventory Department with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Maintains work area in neat and orderly manner.
• Performs required schedules in a timely manner and provides proper Receiving reports.
• Reports any order discrepancies or any other issues to immediate supervisor.----Qualifications--
  • Must be Able to lift to 75 lbs
  • HS or GED required
  • 2 years' experience in shipping and receiving
  • Intermediate computer skills
