Position: Accounts Coordinator
Classification: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Managing Director of Accounts
DATE: January 2023
Summary / Objective
Under the direction of the Managing Director of Accounts, the Accounts Coordinator will coordinate between end user Client or Contractor and internal onboarding and intake teams. They will assist with the submittal process, onboarding, assignment updates, and timekeeping.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Administer weekly timecard entry for managed accounts. Contact employees with missing time and entering into timekeeping system.
Conduct welcome calls with Payroll candidates and send start details as required.
Review applications and forward to the appropriate recruiter.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate updates.
Conduct onboarding initiation with newly assigned candidates.
Source candidates for open projects.
Serve as a backup of Accounts Management Team.
All other tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent experience.
Excellent phone communication, written, and verbal skills.
Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
Have a strong work ethic, with a desire to learn and grow.
Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions.
Ability to maintain good working relationships.
Have strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Outlook.
A high degree of professionalism and punctuality.
Be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones/smartphones, and photocopiers/scanners.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
