Job Description:
Well established Property Management firm in Rockaway Queens is
looking for 3 long term temps (10 months plus) to handle tenant
recertifications and tax credit compliance work.
The following information provides an overview of the skills,
qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
The building has 236 units.
The work will be shared amongst 3 temps working under a Property
Manager.
LIHTC certified is preferred.
The temp rate is 21 to 25 based on experience.
