major media agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-
senior level individual to join the team to shape and drive Amazon
Ad's strategic agency partnerships with major agencies. Displaying
a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators,
experienced at operating at a senior level with both agencies and
advertisers, and be able to earn trust with stakeholders across
other Amazon teams. In addition, candidates should be comfortable
with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify
for customers. Candidates will be self-motivated, happy to work
autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to

responsibilities - Develop and execute a customer-led growth
strategy at key Holding Companies and/or their Operating Companies
- Be comfortable reviewing your book of business at a large scale
as well as diving deep into account level as needed - Lead
education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery
of agency-wide events - Identify opportunities for agency
collaboration around creative solutions and large scale custom
executions - Partner with wider Amazon teams to identify
transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by
Amazon Ads product development roadmap - Collaboration with partner
teams across Amazon Ads (e.g Account Management, Account
Executives, Ad Tech and Global Agency and Account) - Ability to
lead video conversations with proficiency to help educate and grow
Amazon’s video footprint within the agency - Commerce experience is
a plus - This role currently requires a minimum of three days
working from the assigned office a week and will require travel as
needed. Beginning January 2, 2025, the expectation will be five
days a week of in office presence with travel as needed. - 10 years
of media sales experience - Experience working in a matrixed
organization - Experience conducting in-depth analysis of issues at
a selling partner or customer level and providing actionable
recommendations - Experience successfully engaging and negotiating
at C-Level within agencies and agency groups - Experience
(technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of
programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading,
machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad
attribution, etc.) - Experience in TV, streaming TV, and/or
broadcast AV sales - Experience with data/analytics and using data

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales
incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors
including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also
