Job DescriptionEstimator If you are an Estimator with experience working with lockers and restroom partitions, please read on!What You Will Be DoingThe Estimator will work alongside the project manager and VP to lead the preconstruction phases of locker room, commercial restroom, and fire protection projects.

Job duties consist (but may not be limited to):- Lead the design, installation, and repair of restroom partitions, toilet compartments, locker rooms, and fire protection projects- Review bid plans, documents, and specifications- Compose itemized take-offs, estimates, and proposal for all trades- Manage RFI's, addendums, and bidder's lists- Prepare Requests for Quotations- Oversee pricing from all vendors- Ensure that proposals are completed in a timely mannerWhat You Need for this Position- At least 1 year of experience as an estimator in the locker room and/or restroom space- Experience providing specifications along with writing and reviewing blueprints - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Willing to learn internal company software system- Valid US Driver's license- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build morale within the companyWhat's In It for You- $65,000-75,000 base salary (determined by experience level)- Health Insurance- Retirement plan- PTO- Standard M-F schedule with 8 hour workdaySo, if you are a Estimator with experience, please apply today! - Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
