About The RoleThe Financial Analyst and Internal Control Manager is responsible for conducting financial analysis to assist business planning and improve operational efficiency. This job plays a critical role in providing insight analysis to multiple departments/functions (Financial reporting, Procurement, Finance, etc). In addition, this individual will perform internal controls in the key processes and communicate findings to the senior managers on a quarterly basis.What You Will Do

• Manage a team of 3+ business analysts to drive strategic programs and initiatives to deliver new capabilities and continuous improvements
• Perform data-mining based on current data available in our ERP system and deep understanding of the business to develop KPIs to measure financial and operational performance of key functions within the Company, such as procurement, logistics, warehouse, production, engineering, etc;
• Perform analytical procedures over the financial results, especially on inventory, sales, COGS, logistic cost and tariffs;
• Drive process improvement across different functions by analyzing the result obtained above;
• Prepare reporting on these financial and operational result and communicate to top management or work with our business planning team to communicate to customers;
• Work on special project as needed including performing internal audit support.What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years relevant experience in finance, internal controls, accounting or related field
  • 3 years management experience
  • 4+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry
  • Advanced PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Alteryx is also preferred
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and independent problem solving ability
  • Familiar with basic financial and accounting principles, such as inventory turnover ratio, revenue recognition, etc.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities for performance & procedure improvement across the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and show commitment to deadlines;
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
