Job Description:
Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology- Philadelphia Objective:
The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for
promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the
business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics
and institutions that specialize in the area of medical
dermatology. The Territory Manager will be required to demonstrate
excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans
that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ
Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field based employees (Field
Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of
promoted products within a designated business area and geography.
Required: Bachelor Degree Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device
sales experience Strong communication skills and business acumen
Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver results Valid
driver’s license Preferred: 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
3 years medical dermatology sales experience Experience selling
products in a complex Market Access environment Experience
promoting high-science products Product launch experience
Experience selling in a highly competitive environment Personal
Skills/Attributes: This individual must have a positive attitude
and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus
on achieving territory business goals. This individual should be
highly motivated and highly professional. Capable of building trust
with their matrix team and transparent, ethical and compliant in
all their activities. They should be proficient at selling and
presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and

General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority: Reports
directly to the Regional Sales Manager Responsible for the
understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data, and reports
Responsible for timely call reporting and expense reporting
Responsible for managing promotional budgets within their territory
Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Supervision Received: Reports to Regional Sales Manager
Interactions with Others: Interacts at multiple levels inside and
outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of

compensation pay range for this position is $117,500 to $136,000.
Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors,
including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus
Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee
benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage;
life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible
spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees
also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation
time and sick time. The compensation and benefits described above
are subject to the terms and conditions of any governing plans,
policies, practices, agreements, or other materials or documents as
in effect from time to time, including but not limited to terms and
conditions regarding eligibility. If hired, employee will be in an
“at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify
base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or
compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to
individual performance, Company, or individual department/team
performance, and market factors.
