vestwell.com Who Are We Looking For? The Partner Activation
Associate will be responsible for owning the operational setup and
coordination of new partnerships across National Sales, TPA, and
Special Markets channels. Reporting to our VP of National Sales,
this role ensures that partnership launches are executed seamlessly
and efficiently. The Partner Activation Associate will support
sales representatives by coordinating directly with operational
teams—including Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Rev Ops, Billing, Investment
Operations, and others—so that senior sales leaders can remain
focused on driving new sales and managing client relationships. The
Associate will also assist with managing and organizing the
partnership pipeline, hosting regular review calls to ensure
visibility, accountability, and alignment across all internal teams
involved in partnership execution. What Will You Be Doing? Maintain
and organize the partnership pipeline to ensure visibility, timely
execution, and cross-team alignment Host monthly partnership review
calls to review pipeline status, priorities, and upcoming launches
with internal stakeholders Coordinate with cross-functional
teams—including Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Rev Ops, Investment Ops,
Billing, and others—to execute the setup of new partnerships Serve
as the internal project manager for partnerships that fall outside
the scope of the Project Management team Support sales
representatives by handling operational setup and administrative
coordination, reducing the need for senior leaders to engage in
internal calls Ensure all operational dependencies are completed
and tracked for a seamless partner onboarding experience Work
across a wide range of partnership types, including: Regional bank
and payroll partnerships (e.g., Nicolet) TPAs Regional
broker-dealers Block plan conversions MEAPs and other special
market deals Requirements The Necessities Highly motivated
early-career professional; prior project management or operations
experience a plus but not required Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong organizational skills
and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Asana a plus Excellent
communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage
multiple stakeholders across functions Detail-oriented self-starter
with a proactive mindset and problem-solving ability Interest in
financial services and partnerships preferred, but industry
background is not required. This role will be based in our New
York, NY office and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office
operation. The expected base salary range for this position is $65K
- $75K base. This position is eligible to participate in the
Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in
the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on New York
and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the
