in Wilmington, DE is seeking a talented Licensed Esthetician to
join their elite team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity
offering a stable weekday schedule—no nights, no weekends—and
strong earning potential through commissions. If you’re passionate

What You’ll Do Perform professional esthetic services, including
facials, advanced skincare treatments, and customized treatment
plans. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand skincare
goals and recommend appropriate services and products. Deliver an
exceptional luxury client experience with every service. Maintain a
clean, organized, and professional treatment space. Stay up to date
on skincare trends, products, and technologies. Promote retail
products and treatment packages to enhance results and boost
earnings. What We’re Looking For Active Delaware Esthetician
License (required). Experience in a medical spa, dermatology
office, or luxury skincare environment preferred. Strong
communication skills and a professional, polished client approach.
Passion for skincare and delivering high-quality results.
Dependability and a strong work ethic. Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible hours). Full-time, permanent
position. Competitive hourly pay plus commission on services and
