In this role, you will service, maintain or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, hot-water boilers, steam boilers, hot-water heaters and ductless split systems to improve efficiency and ensure optimum lifespan of equipment Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring Qualifications: Past experience as an HVAC service technician with excellent troubleshooting skills Valid Clean Drivers License Familiarity with steam and hot-water boiler systems is a plus Ability to use an iPad for job documentation Strong work ethic, professionalism and pride in workmanship Must be able to pass background check
